ANYONE WHO WANTS TO OFFER A TRAVEL BENEFIT AND EARN REVENUE

TURN THE TRAVEL YOUR COMMUNITY ALREADY BOOKS INTO REVENUE.

Your members, customers and attendees already spend money on flights, hotels and experiences. Give them a branded travel experience with concierge support, rewards and everything they need to book the trip.

A travel benefit that pays for itself. They get the trip handled properly. You earn a share of the bookings.

Mercury partners with us. Kraken and Pudgy Penguins use us.

TWO WAYS IN, AND ONE LEADS TO THE OTHER

START SIMPLE.
BRAND IT AS YOU GROW.

Same platform and the same concierge team underneath either way. What changes is how much of the experience carries your name.

STEP ONE

REFER

Send us the audience. Earn on every booking.

Give your members a Swivul booking link. We handle the travel and the concierge. You earn a share of attributed booking revenue.

No build required. Live in days.

Not a one-time bounty either. A running line, on travel that was happening anyway.

STEP TWO

BRAND

Make travel part of your own member experience.

A co-branded storefront, or a full white-label travel experience. Your brand on the front, your audience gets the booking platform and the concierge, and Swivul operates everything behind it.

Your audience. Your brand. Our travel infrastructure.

Mercury is the example. Travel offered to a whole customer base as part of what membership is worth.

WHAT YOUR NAME GOES ON

GIVE THEM A TRAVEL BENEFIT
THEY WILL ACTUALLY USE.

One place to book the whole trip, and a concierge team behind it. Millions of hotel, aviation, hospitality and access partners worldwide, so what your people find is worth the endorsement you put on it.

THE WEEK OFF
THE TRIP THEY POST
THE ONE THEY REMEMBER

A MEMBER BENEFIT THEY ACTUALLY WANT TO USE. THAT IS WHY IT EARNS.

AND THE BOOKINGS THAT ARE NOT ONE PERSON
YOUR OWN EVENTS

ROOM BLOCKS AND OFFSITES

Your annual conference, your summit, your offsite. Negotiation, sourcing and contracts on room blocks of any size, plus venue sourcing and full-day programming.

The event you already run becomes part of the same partnership.

YOUR MEMBERS’ EVENTS

TEN PEOPLE, OR FIVE THOUSAND

When one of your members runs a group trip, a creator trip or a company event, it is the same platform and the same team underneath.

Group volume is the largest booking most audiences make.

THE NUMBERS FURTHER DOWN COUNT INDIVIDUAL TRAVEL ONLY. GROUP BOOKINGS SIT ON TOP OF THEM.

WHY THIS ONE WORKS WHEN OTHER PERKS DO NOT

DO NOT INVENT A NEW BEHAVIOR.
REWARD ONE THEY ALREADY HAVE.

Your members already book flights and hotels. Give them a better experience and a reason to book through you. Most member benefits go unredeemed because they ask somebody to start doing something new. This one does not.

THE TRIP IS ALREADY HAPPENING. MAKE IT WORTH SOMETHING TO BOTH OF YOU.

Reward the trip they were taking anyway.

RUN YOUR OWN NUMBERS

WHAT YOUR AUDIENCE BOOKS.
WHAT IT PAYS YOU.

Four inputs, all yours, and every step of the working is shown: booking value, our net revenue on it, the tier that volume reaches, and what lands with you. The fourth input matters most. It is the share who actually sign up, and it is what keeps the whole thing honest.

Eight percent is a deliberately conservative default. Move it once you know your own redemption rates.

An estimate built from your inputs, not a forecast, and not an offer. The 10% net revenue rate and the tier percentages are the illustrative figures from Swivul’s partner model. Final terms, and whether tier rates apply to all volume or only to the volume above each threshold, are agreed per partnership.

THE REAL OBJECTION

WHAT DO YOU ACTUALLY
HAVE TO BUILD?

Start without an integration. Launch on a tracked link or a partner storefront, then add deeper branding and integrations as the partnership grows. You bring the audience and the brand. We bring the platform, the supply and the concierge team that answers when a trip goes wrong at 11pm.

BOOK A CALL, SEE WHAT IT TAKES
WHAT YOU ARE NOT SIGNING UP FOR

FOUR THINGS THIS
DOES NOT COST YOU.

NO BUILD TO START

Launch on a tracked link or a partner storefront. Deeper branding and integrations come later, scoped to what the partnership is worth by then.

NO SUPPORT BURDEN

Your members message our concierge, not your team. The 11pm problem never lands in your inbox.

NO INVENTORY RISK

You are not buying room blocks or holding tickets. You never carry a booking on your balance sheet.

NO EXCLUSIVITY

Whatever you offer your members today keeps running. This sits alongside it.

THE MODEL IS
ALREADY RUNNING.

Mercury partners with us: travel offered to a whole customer base as part of what banking with them is worth, rather than a company using it internally. Kraken and Pudgy Penguins use us for their own teams and their own guests. The same platform sits behind all of it.

Swivul has been a great partner for Pudgy. They are organized, flexible, and consistently reliable as we scale our events and travel needs. Their team communicates clearly, moves quickly, and understands our priorities.

As Head of Events, I juggle a lot of timelines, stakeholders, and last-minute changes, and Swivul has been an easy and reliable travel partner throughout it all. When things change, which they always do, Swivul is quick to adapt. It feels like working with an extension of our own team.

Great experience booking with Swivul my first trip. Service was excellent and their concierge made everything smooth. Will book with them more.

HOW IT WORKS

  1. WE SIZE YOUR AUDIENCE

Twenty minutes on who your people are, how often they travel and what you already offer them. We model the volume and the share against your real numbers, not the sliders.

  2. PICK REFER OR BRAND IT

A link and a revenue share is live in days. A co-branded experience takes longer and is worth more. Most partners start with the first and move to the second.

  3. WE RUN IT AND YOU EARN

Your people book, our concierge team looks after them, and you get paid on the bookings. You see what was booked and what it earned.

SEE WHAT YOUR MEMBERS WOULD BE USING

BEFORE YOU PUT IT IN FRONT OF YOUR AUDIENCE

WHAT PARTNERS ASK
BEFORE THEY SEND US ANYONE.

Do our people pay more by booking through you?

No. There is no fee on any trip. They pay the actual tickets, and they get a concierge on top of it that a booking site was never going to give them.

If the trip cost your members more, the benefit would fail and the revenue would go with it. This only works when they are better off.

Does this make us look like we are monetizing our audience?

That depends entirely on whether the thing you are offering is any good. This one is a concierge and a place to book the whole trip, on travel your people are already paying for.

The test is simple. If your members would still use it after the novelty wears off, it is a benefit. If they would not, no revenue share makes it worth putting your name on.

Who looks after our members when plans change?

A named concierge on our side, who owns their trip from the booking onward. Your member gets a person rather than a support ticket, and your team stays out of it entirely.

Whatever moves, it lands with the concierge who booked the trip and stays with them until it is closed.

How do we get paid, and what do we see?

Bookings by your audience are attributed automatically, and you see what was booked, what it earned and what you are owed. The share rises as the attributed volume does: 20% of Swivul net revenue up to $10M of booking value, 25% up to $25M, 30% above that. The scale is on this page and the calculator applies it to your own numbers.

Reporting and payment terms are set in the partnership agreement, along with whether a tier rate applies to all your volume or only to the part above each threshold. That last one is worth asking about, because it is the difference between the two ends of the range the calculator shows.

Does this cover our own conference, or only individual bookings?

Both, and your own events are usually where the volume is. Room blocks of any size are negotiated, sourced and contracted by us, and venue sourcing and full-day programming come with it.

The calculator counts individual travel only, so if you run a conference or a summit the real number is bigger than the one it shows. Bring the event to the call and we will size it properly.

Is our audience big enough for this to be worth it?

It depends far more on how much they travel than on how many of them there are. Two thousand people who fly for work most months beats fifty thousand who fly twice a year.

Run the sliders above. If the number does not justify the effort, we will say so on the call rather than sign you up to something that disappoints.

A BENEFIT THEY USE.
REVENUE YOU KEEP.

Your members are booking this month. Give them a better experience and a reason to book through you, and the revenue follows the benefit rather than the other way round.
